First and foremost, Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!
 
We take pride in personalizing each of our weddings no matter how intimate or sizable to cater to your needs and that of your guests.  We love the details and believe none could be too small, helping to provide a truly personalized service for you and are happy to meet all of your needs and requests.  It has been busy in our kitchen, creating and exploring seasonal tastes and bringing limitless flare to dietary restrictive plates for the 2021 season!  Our Chefs at Mack’s can customize your menu because we appreciate that each couple has unique tastes and ideas and will work with you to fully service and create an experience for your wedding reception that will reflect your distinctive design.  Our Wedding Coordinator attends to every detail requested between both you and your Venue and assists throughout the entire planning process from “Yes!” to “I Do!” We offer two tastings each year for our couples to experience our unparalleled menu, essential staff and many of the very talented vendors we have the pleasure of working with.

Mack's Catering is a full service catering company.  In addition to food and beverage, we can handle all of your event needs from service staff to tables, linens, china, glass and silver.  Whether it is an intimate dinner or a large reception Mack's Catering can assist you with all of your catering needs!

Tastings  All booked events receive a complimentary tasting at our annual spring & fall tasting events. If a booked event is unable to make that date we can provide a private paid tasting.

Food Charges All prices are for food only. A 10% service charge will be added for all By The Pan orders. A 20% service charge will be added to all Buffets & Plated Meals to the total cost of food & beverage pricing. Labor, Rentals, Dinnerware, Linen and taxes are extra.  

Chafers For by the Pan Options Chafing dishes are extra.
Prices as follows:
Wire Rack with Two Sterno – $10.00
Regal Chafer with Two Sterno – $20.00
All buffet style events include Regal Style Chafers & Service ware.
A set up and pick up fee will be charged for non-staffed events.

Guarantee A confirmation number of guests must be communicated to Mack’s Catering Service at least fourteen (14) days prior to function.

Payments All catering charges are due and payable in full fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Bank check or cash accepted. We accept all major credit cards. Due to market conditions, menu prices are subject to change without notice.

Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required on all functions. We are not able to hold a date without a deposit

Waitstaff
Labor will be charged to include travel, set up & breakdown.  
Buffet Servers $25 per hour and Runners $15 per hour – Minimum 5 Hours
Plated Servers – Minimum 5 Hours – $35.00 per hour
Chefs and Carving Station – Minimum 3 Hours – $30.00 per hour
